family friend talk about all the benefits homeopathy had and I thought it was amazing. From that point on it is all I have wanted to do and I am so blessed to be living that dream. I am a Colorado native and after the completion of Naturopathic Medical School my husband and I decided to move back to Colorado to start my practice and raise a family. Lailina Wisoff, RD
I spent the early years of my life in professional kitchens and bakeries gaining a love for quality fresh food and the creative outlet it offers. Obtaining my food and nutrition degree at Colorado State University was a natural choice. My first job took me on a journey to Hawaii working with the local people and their enormous challenge with diabetes. I loved the work, showing my clients how to manage their condition better without giving up the social and cultural richness of their lives. I earned my registered dietitian license in 2004 then spent the next 9 years working in hospitals, out patient clinics and recreation centers. I am happiest working in the out patient care setting. My clients tell me that I am knowledgeable, insightful, inspiring and compassionate. I realized a long time vision by starting Rooted in Health Nutrition in 2013 and I am excited to join the collaborative and dedicated team of practitioners at Pure Center of Health. I can design and tailor the best meal plan for you and help you make it realistic for your life. I look forward to working with you and making vibrant health a reality!
Randall B Moore, D.C.
I am a native of New Mexico and have been in active practice in New Mexico, Texas, and currently here in Colorado. My degrees include a BS in Biology from the University of New Mexico (1997) and doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA (2001). Having studied many extra hours in extremity care (foot, knee, shoulder, etc.) and sports injuries, along with my ongoing study of pediatrics towards diplomate, I fully enjoy general family care, especially regarding pregnancy and infant care.
During my time in undergraduate studies, I studied everything from business and law, to pre-medicine and through my life experiences found that myself as well as many others could definitely benefit from well-rounded Chiropractic care to hopefully avoid unnecessary health problems and. I am happy to have learned immeasurably from humanitarian care I helped to provide to the people of Fiji in 2001 and to have learned a little known technique to help turn breach babies ( Webster's Technique), shortly after the birth of my daughter. In short, I feel blessed that my experiences have served me well, not only with many loved patients, but also with the C-section delivery of my daughter. I feel that my diverse studies and experiences are used in a daily manner to the benefit of my patients. I truely beleive in the source definition of what it means to be a "doctor".............that it means "teacher." A good teacher pays attention to the students needs, and as well, a good teacher remembers there is yet much to be learned, if not often from the students themselves. I seek daily to aid every patient essentially in their own healing...........sure I may have to lend a hand of guidance to effect a positive change, but surgery itself is no cure for an unwilling body unable to properly heal itself.
When not in practice, I enjoy spending time with my family! Turning off the TV, going for a hike, camping, skiing, travel and pretty much anything outdoors. I enjoy meditation, martial arts, and a good book often ranging from research literature to Course in Miracles to quantum mechanics and the like. I know that life is for living and that when the day comes.....I will only look back and smile.
Many thanks and blessings to all of our exceptional patients that make our office the wonderful place of healing that it is!! ~ Dr Moore
